The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania is seeking a freelance consultant to perform analysis of digital products, including websites, mobile applications, gallery interactives, and video. The digital engagement team at The Warhol is committed to user-centered design, using research insights to drive strategy. A successful candidate will have a strong background in quantitative data analysis of digital products to complement the museum’s focus in qualitative user research.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead museum staff in uncovering goals and opportunities, with the aim of developing analyses that lead to actionable insights
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for digital products
  • Configure Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure and report on user behavior according to museum goals
  • Design a reporting workflow that can be easily maintained by the manager of digital engagement, the results of which effectively communicate to staff across the museum

Consultant can be based remotely.
